Legal Mumbo Jumbo

In the ever daunting attempt to cover my butt, the following is the poorly devised posting on my part that states what shouldn't need stating, but it is stated anyway, right here, right now; all the opinions expressed on this page are pretty much entirely mine, though cats and friends may have influenced them during late night conversations.
